This is Waterplan

Waterplan helps companies measure their water risk and create action plans. A forward-thinking startup helping manufacturers understand their regional water risks and get the tools they need to be more resilient to climate change.

The Challenge

Communicating value

Waterplan had the clients but was communicating its good results to them poorly. It was crucial to win over every key stakeholder, from Operations Managers to the C-Suite.

They needed to align their storytelling with their sales.

Understanding and educating the internal team became the cornerstone of their sales strategy.

Leading with influence

Waterplan is a high-value, forward-thinking company with an all-star cast of investors — from Leonardo DiCaprio to Richard Branson.

Water-related catastrophes remain one of the main consequences of the current climate crisis. Having a platform that helps predict and take action to prevent these events can be an invaluable tool in the fight. I am delighted to support the innovative work being done at Waterplan.

Stay practical

One of the key issues with enterprise software is that they focus on research rather than customers’ day-to-day.As a result, most of these platforms sit stagnant, as they rarely provide a reason to come back.

They want names

“Who else is using this?” is one of the most common questions we heard. And with a wide range of customers across industries, we needed to equip the Waterplan sales team with helpful answers.

We made adding case studies simple, so the sales and marketing teams could add and refer to them during their calls.

This significantly helps in keeping customers engaged, making sure every story they tell is relevant and resonates.
