Ivan is Partner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Aerolab, a digital product agency that helps companies deliver meaningful experiences to users (UX) all over the world.
His career in Aerolab started in 2015 as a Project Manager when Aero was still a young agency. His focus on operation and design led him to his first executive role as Head of Ops in 2016 - while the company was taking off - and Head of Design in 2019, implementing a decentralized model to scale teams, improve processes, and drive Aerolab to its second growth stage.
He then held more strategic roles, mirroring the company's rapid growth: First as Chief of Staff in 2020, and from 2022 till today, as Partner and CEO.

His goal has always been to help clients define their digital products and strategies while combining his three passions: Design, experience, and business.
Today Ivan splits his time between his responsibilities as CEO and his role as a consultant, doing advisory and workshops, always grounded in building user-centered experiences.
Studies.
He studied Advertising at Escuela de Creativos Publicitarios and Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES). He is also doing a Master's Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT).
